Your job at a glance:
You guarantee a first-class customer experience with Eurowings passengers, whether by phone, email or chat.
Advising interested parties and customers on bookings, services, flight procedures and answering questions.
You will easily master challenges and complaints, process refunds and rebookings in the event of flight schedule changes without any problems.
Ensuring timely and professional communication across all Eurowings social media channels, both in public and non-public areas.

This is what you should bring with you:
Call center experience: Ideally, you have demonstrable experience in a call center or similar customer service environment. This experience allows you to effectively respond to passengers' needs and offer solutions that meet their expectations.
Strong communication skills: As a customer advisor at Eurowings, you are the mouthpiece of the airline and are in direct contact with passengers. Therefore, it is crucial that you have excellent communication skills. You should be able to convey clear and understandable information and respond appropriately to different requests and concerns.
Language skills: Since Eurowings is an international company, very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, is essential. These language skills will allow you to provide professional care to passengers in both languages and help them with any questions or concerns. Experience in the travel sector is an advantage as it promotes an understanding of the specific needs and requirements of the airline industry.
