Your job at a glance:
You can expect exciting customer inquiries about the products and services of our clients via phone, e-mail or messenger.
You will also be responsible for order acceptance, delivery tracking, cancellation, master data change and payment processing.
In addition to your work as a customer advisor with us, you always have the opportunity to hold feedback meetings or take advantage of one of the many benefits.
What you bring to the table:
You like to work on a PC and already have experience with Internet applications.
You have completed training or professional experience in the commercial sector, or are a career changer with a great talent for communication.
You are always friendly and inspire our customers.
You have very good written and spoken German.
You have a very good knowledge of Polish or Czech.
You are willing to work in shifts and also on weekends.
