Requirements:
Demonstrable experience as a griller, or kitchen assistant or cook.
In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor combinations, and dish presentation.
Leadership skills and ability to work in a team.
Flexibility to work variable hours, including nights and weekends.
