Commercial clerk (m/f/d) full-time or part-time
Delta Research Spain S.L.U. sees itself as a service provider in the field of goal-oriented customer service. With our employees, we guarantee professional advice and processing of customer concerns on behalf of German energy suppliers. Our focus is on telephone and e-mail support.
For our office in Palma we are looking for a commercial clerk (m/f/d) with immediate effect
You will look after our energy customers attentively by answering e-mails in a timely manner and take care of the support independently. You should be a team player, have good computer skills and inspire our clients and their customers with their command of the German language, both written and spoken.
What can you expect?
- You will process customer-oriented telephone and written customer inquiries
- You will provide our existing customers with expert advice
- You will document customer contacts in the company's own system and maintain master data
- You implement the quality requirements of our clients
