JOB DESCRIPTION
I am looking for a dedicated and reliable personal assistant with immediate effect. In addition to personal assistants, main tasks will be in the area of rental management and payment
- Supervision of rental processes, preparation of exposés, rental offers, booking confirmations and rental contract drafting
- Processing of interested party inquiries
- Rental based on specifications for optimal income generation
- Writing of outgoing invoices
- Online banking / processing of daily payment transactions: payment of invoices
- Coordination with employees in the office in DE
- Support with other accounting tasks
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed commercial training, ideally in the real estate sector or in financial administration
- Understanding of accounting processes
- Confident handling of text and spreadsheet programs as well as online platforms
- Independent, structured and careful way of working
- Strong communication skills and service orientation / sales acumen
Our real estate family business in Germany has been around for 20 years.
The properties we manage are all located in the Rhine-Main area. They are mainly apartment buildings that include 8 - 25 units.
We also manage furnished housing on a short- and long-term basis.
