As an experienced project manager in the field of real estate renovation, I take over the planning, coordination and implementation of renovation and modernization projects. With 25 years of professional experience, including 15 years in project management, I specialize in the realization of construction projects in the field of interior design and complete house construction. Size: Apartment/house as a single project up to a maximum of 20 residential units. My expertise lies in the timely and economical implementation of projects, taking into account high quality standards. (German Construction Expertise)
Core tasks and areas of responsibility:
Project management and coordination: Control and monitoring of renovation projects from planning to acceptance, both in technical and commercial matters. Planning and budgeting: Preparation of project plans, schedules and cost calculations; Ensuring that projects are completed within the set budgets and schedules. Quality management: Ensuring that all construction and renovation work complies with current building regulations and quality standards. Communication and coordination: Working closely with architects, site managers, craftsmen and internal and external stakeholders. Risk and conflict management: Identifying and managing risks during the course of the project and finding solutions in the event of a Technical advice: Assistance in the selection of suitable materials, techniques and technologies for sustainable and modern renovation. Customer service: Direct contact for clients and tenants to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Construction supervision: Regular site visits to monitor progress, compliance with safety regulations and ensure the quality of the work carried out.
Qualifications and skills:
25 years of professional experience, including 20 years in project management in the construction industry and especially in interior design. Extensive experience in the renovation of single-family houses and apartment buildings up to 20 residential units. Sound knowledge in the application of building regulations, as well as in project and construction cost management. Excellent skills in communication, negotiation and conflict management. Hands-on mentality and the ability to make decisions quickly and flexibly Strong understanding of technical details and new construction technologies, as well as ecological and energy-efficient renovation measures. Team leadership experience: Leadership and coordination of construction and craftsman teams.
