I, an experienced property manager, take on tasks such as:
Home and garden care
Maintenance and organization of repairs
Guest relations incl. check-in/out
Pool maintenance, cleaning and laundry care
In addition, I have extensive knowledge of social media management and project implementation (including terrace design, outdoor lighting). My wife actively supports all the work that needs to be done.
We convince with commitment, flexibility and reliability and are open to cooperation in which the work is remunerated by living (living against hand).
