From a job as a private chef, I am looking for a new option in upscale gastronomy in Mallorca.
As a trained chef with over 10 years of professional experience, most of them in star gastronomy, and as a business administration graduate (Diplom Kaufmann & Master), I offer a wide range of skills.
Experience in the field of hotel & restaurant openings, a la carte, banquets, private dining, etc. available. I myself was actively involved in the creation of some successful gastro concepts.
Languages: German & English fluent, Spanish at conversation level.
In addition to positions as head chef & sous chef, I am interested in positions as expansion manager or operations manager for existing gastronomy concepts or new developments (pre-openings, etc.).
