I have been a self-employed carpenter in Germany for 20 years and have owned property in Cala Ratjada for 3 years. Next year, my wife and I have planned to move to Mallorca. At the age of 55, I don't just want to go on vacation, I could imagine taking on a job in the form of a janitor, carpentry or similar. Driver's license, car and NIE number are available. Discretion, reliability, friendliness and craftsmanship are of course a matter of course in my self-employment. Maybe someone is interested and I would be very happy about a personal meeting!
