Mindful is he who is attentive...
Mindfulness is not just slowing down and slowing down - it can do much more, e.g. mindfulness in sports or nutrition.
The term mindfulness has its origins in Buddhist teachings. It describes a state in which a person consciously perceives his body, his environment and his state of mind. Learning mindfulness consists of not evaluating or overly reflecting on these sensations if possible, but rather capturing them neutrally. As a mindfulness coach, you lead your clients to a better sense of well-being by consciously experiencing certain events and moments. Serenity and stress management are two important factors.
