From October to March I read for free in Mallorca from my Thunder H. Crimson series.

• Thunder H. Crimson crime stories with tough men, strong women, cruel truths from the underworld and a dash of social criticism. My protagonist is close to nature, lives in seclusion in the countryside and is a big Buddha fan.

Mindfulness, sustainability, a sense of dignity, positive thinking, resilience and other topics for personality development in a refreshingly unconventional way. Easy mindfulness exercises that anyone can incorporate into their everyday life without wasting time.
