My name is Monika Seyffert and I offer you individual and competent support for your rental finca, your chalet.
I competently take over the check-in and check-out of your holiday guests and explain everything necessary so that the guests can enjoy their stay to the fullest extent and you are always up to date that your property is in good hands.
I am fluent in English, Spanish, French and have a basic knowledge of Italian. In my previous job, I was a flight attendant at Lufthansa and am used to communicating with demanding guests.
For you, I review:
• the work on the house
• whether the plants and lawn are well-groomed
• whether the house is thoroughly cleaned
• whether something is missing or needs to be repaired
• I also take care of your animals belonging to the house – chickens, donkeys, cats
And always communicate this with you in a timely manner.
I am also happy to offer you my services as a house sitter if there are times when the house is empty.
