We are mainly active in the north of Mallorca and for over 25 years we have been looking after properties of all kinds in the greater Alcudia, Can Picafort and Pollenca area.
The scope of our administration includes cleaning before arrival. Regular inspection of objects in case of absence, completion and support in official obligations; e.g. taxes ( car, property tax, etc. ) Perception at the meeting of the house communities, checking electricity bills, incoming mail, etc.
Manual tasks on and in the property if required and by arrangement, as well as garden & pool service.
Guest relations when renting.
Languages: German, Spanish, English.
